Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver analytics solutions for insurance clients
• Utilize machine learning and statistical methods for problem-solving
• Support initiatives in P&C; lines of business




• Lead requirements gathering and present insights to senior stakeholders
• Maintain data governance and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
• 4-7 years in analytics and dashboarding experience
• Proficient in Python/R, SQL, and advanced analytics tools
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Experience with ETL tools and cloud management
• Bachelor's/Master's in relevant fields preferred with industry experience
