Lead the realization of spacecraft hardware at Kepler as a Technical Project Manager. Oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful product delivery in a fast-paced workplace.

In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end execution of spacecraft hardware products, particularly focusing on RF and communications technologies. Ideal candidates should possess a strong engineering background along with hands-on experience in project engineering and product lifecycle management. You will work collaboratively with an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to overcome technical and programmatic challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own spacecraft hardware development from definition to delivery
• Lead an Integrated Product Team for product realization
• Manage product scope, schedule, cost,



and risk assessments
• Coordinate plans, suppliers, and verification activities
• Communicate product status and recovery plans effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field
• 4+ years in hardware development or technical leadership
• Experience with complex product lifecycles
• Strong understanding of hardware architecture and testing
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage project risks
