Working within TD's Corporate Actuarial team, you will be responsible for the quarterly evaluation of reserves, oversight of adjustments, and governance in risk management practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and set actuarial reserves for various lines of business
• Monitor and adjust key assumptions impacting reserves monthly
• Deliver comprehensive reports comparing current losses to projections
• Collaborate with business partners to certify financial outcomes
• Lead efforts in improving risk controls and procedural enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or similar
• Associate designation or commitment to CAS/ICA exams
• At least 5 years' experience in property-related actuarial work
