This role emphasizes your experience in commercial, residential, or multi-family constructions while collaborating closely with our Project Manager. You'll be responsible for maintaining safety standards, documentation, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee site setup, hoarding, and trade coordination
• Manage construction schedules and enforce safety standards




• Conduct inspections with city officials and consultants
• Document daily logs, photos, and reports in Procore
• Ensure deficiencies are addressed throughout the project

Requirements:
• Experience with ground-up wood-frame projects
• Robust knowledge of BC building envelope standards
• Comfortable with inspections and site reviews
• Familiarity with Procore or willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license and legal work status in Canada
