We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our brigade and help craft exceptional plates during service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision and consistency, and enjoys working as part of a tight-knit, qualified team.

What you’ll do
Execute menu items to brasserie standards with speed, accuracy, and finesse
Maintain a clean, organised, and productive workspace before, during, and after service
Assist with prep, stock rotation, labelling, and kitchen organisation
Uphold strict food safety & hygiene standards
Contribute to a positive,

What you’ll bring
