You must be legally eligible to work and currently residing in Canada.

The successful applicant must:

- Maintain the stock room for the right item at the right location along with receiving stock.
- Receive parts on a daily basis.
- Conduct all required cycle counts and keep track of the material receipt with shipping.
- Source the materials as required by Maintenance supervisor.
- Issue PO’s to the Maintenance Purchaser.
- Maintain and locate parts, follow standard operating procedures.
- Backup for various coordinator tasks when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety, health & safety, HACCP, WHMIS and good manufacturing practices guidelines and applicable statutes and procedures.




- Monitor all parts being used by trades.
- Apply mechanically inclined skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Use SAP system, experience with SAP is an asset, will provide training.

Shift Requirements:

- Demonstrated strong attendance record
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to complete all required paper work if applicable
- Attention to detail, ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shift as scheduled
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain housekeeping the Stock room
