Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Maths and Science Teacher specialized in AP (Advanced Placement) and IB (International Baccalaureate) curricula to inspire and challenge students in their academic journey. Duties

- Deliver comprehensive lessons in mathematics and science aligned with AP and IB standards, ensuring clarity and student engagement.
- Design and implement innovative instructional strategies tailored to diverse learning styles, including those requiring special education accommodations.
- Conduct tutoring sessions to reinforce concepts, support individual student needs, and enhance understanding of complex topics.
- Utilize laboratory experience to facilitate hands-on experiments that deepen scientific comprehension and foster inquiry-based learning.
- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to track progress, address concerns, and celebrate achievements.




- Prepare students for assessments by developing practice exams, review sessions, and providing constructive feedback.
- Incorporate classroom experience to create a positive, disciplined environment conducive to active participation and collaborative learning.

Experience

- Proven classroom experience teaching mathematics and science at the secondary level, preferably within AP or IB programs.
- Strong background in tutoring students across various skill levels to improve performance and confidence in STEM subjects.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with students requiring special education support or accommodations is highly desirable.
- Laboratory experience that enhances practical understanding of scientific principles through experiments and demonstrations.
