Extendicare is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to oversee MDS assessments across our long-term care homes in Canada. You will coordinate quarterly submissions, analyze data, and lead staff training on RAI content and RUG classification.

You will collaborate with Health Zone, AH&W;, CIHI, and PCC to ensure accuracy and improve care outcomes while contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
