MDA is seeking an Electromechanical Assembly Technician to contribute to the assembly of cutting-edge products. This role requires fine manual dexterity and technical expertise in a structured work workplace. In this position, you'll prepare components and assemble them using both manual and automated processes.
Collaborate closely with your team to ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 standards and assist in Research and Development projects. Your ability to analyze processes will be vital in performing your duties. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare components and perform tinning tasks
- Manually assemble TH and SMT components
- Operate and adjust automated assembly equipment
- Install and integrate flex and printed circuit boards
- Validate compliance of assembly processes
Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma or technical degree
- 2 to 5 years of applicable electromechanical experience
- Understanding of tolerances and dimensions
- Strong manual dexterity and computer skills
- French fluency; basic English skills preferred
