Your role will be pivotal in crafting memorable shopping experiences and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. You will also handle frontline service, community outreach, and support staff development. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop frontline retail teams

Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in member-facing retail leadership
