You will utilize your background in commercial plumbing and heating while overseeing both mobile and site-based teams for planned and reactive maintenance. Planning for variations or additional work is also a crucial aspect of this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct management of HVAC maintenance contracts
- Supervise engineering team and subcontractor performance
- Ensure proper scheduling for maintenance tasks
- Distribute workloads among field engineers
- Engage in project delivery for contract variations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing and heating
- Relevant qualifications like NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating
- SMSTS/SSSTS certification preferred
- Gas Protected, OFTEC, or ACS qualifications advantageous
- Familiarity with maintenance contract frameworks
