About the Event

Sanova Health, in partnership with Wishing Well Cardiac Clinic, is hosting a Heart Sense Lunch & Learn for residents of Stouffville and surrounding communities. The event will focus on the importance of heart health, cardiovascular disease prevention, and knowing when to seek appropriate medical care.

We are looking for a friendly and organized medical or healthcare volunteer to assist our team during the event.

Responsibilities The volunteer will assist with:

- Welcoming and directing attendees
- Helping set up and distribute lunch and refreshments
- Handing out educational resources and informational materials
- Assisting attendees during the presentation
- Helping distribute promotional/health resources
- Supporting the Sanova Health team with general event coordination
- Helping maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized environment

Ideal Candidate





We welcome applications from

- Medical students
- Nursing students
- Pre-medical students
- Healthcare students or graduates
- Other individuals with an interest in healthcare and community health education

No clinical duties or patient care will be required. This is primarily a community-health and event-support volunteer role.
