In this leadership role, you will oversee the entire plant operation, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Set operational direction ensuring high safety and quality
• Lead plant performance to meet customer and business goals

• Manage maintenance and reliability initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related area
• 7-10 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership
• Solid knowledge of Lean practices and food safety standards
• Familiarity with capital investments and automated processes
• Capability in financial and operational decision-making
