In this role, you'll be responsible for managing daily staffing requirements, updating the Master Schedule, and maintaining attendance reports. Close collaboration with the Director of Care is essential for managing overtime and absenteeism effectively. As a member of our team, you will help create a supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being of all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily staffing and scheduling needs in nursing
• Update and manage the Master Schedule consistently
• Secure approvals for overtime from the Director of Care
• Keep accurate attendance and absenteeism records
• Communicate attendance issues to the Director of Care
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification
• Robust English communication skills, written and oral
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Ability to maintain CPR certification as needed
• Canadian work experience not necessary
