In this pivotal role, you will manage archaeological assessments and field programs, overseeing every aspect to ensure compliance and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise will shape the direction of ERM's cultural heritage practice while enhancing business development initiatives across Western Canada. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be vital for delivering exceptional results and meeting client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee archaeological field programs under Heritage permits
• Analyze artifacts and conduct comprehensive research




• Deliver high-quality reports and client communications
• Act as a key representative with agencies
• Support business development for archaeology services

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Archaeology or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant field experience
• Active permit in British Columbia necessary
• Proven leadership in field projects
• Ability to travel as required for projects
