Join the hospitality team at SHOAL Centre as a Food Service Worker dedicated to exceptional meal services for seniors. Help create a warm dining atmosphere for residents and community members.
In this key role, you will deliver lunch and dinner services, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for Assisted Living residents. Your work will not only involve serving meals but also supporting catered events to engage the senior community. Shifts offer flexibility, allowing you to work during peak dining hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain dining area and serve meals with care
• Set up and organize supplies before service
• Cater food to events within the centre as required
• Process meal payments efficiently at the register
• Wash dishes using commercial and handwashing methods
Requirements:
• Previous experience in food service preferred
• Strong focus on safety and customer support
• Ability to take orders and ensure food quality
• Good communication skills with residents and guests
• Must be available for shifts between 10:30 A.M. and 7:00 P.M.
