Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team to promote a safety-first culture
• Guide Design-Build and P3 win strategies
• Manage consultant teams throughout design phases




• Validate compliance with contractual obligations
• Develop and manage design budgets and schedules

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in construction or consultancy
• 3+ years experience as a Design Manager
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
• Excellent skills in MS Office and BIM tools
• Degree in Engineering or Architecture is preferable
