Equilibrium is looking for an Intermediate Groundwater Modelling Hydrogeologist to enhance their team. Engage in collaborative hydrogeological and mining projects while working in a hybrid mode.

In this role, you will harness 4-6+ years of hydrogeological experience to analyze and model groundwater systems. You will support multidisciplinary projects by delivering high-quality technical results and providing mentorship to junior team members while enjoying a unique work culture that nurtures personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough hydrogeological investigations and assessments
• Create and implement effective groundwater models
• Interpret geological data and develop actionable insights




• Assist in field assessments for various projects
• Facilitate knowledge sharing with junior staff members

Requirements:
• Minimum of 4-6 years of hydrogeology practice
• Proficient with numerical modelling tools such as HydroGeoSphere
• Strong judgment for technical project execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Python for modeling support is advantageous
