Mandatory Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering RSA Archer solutions within enterprise GRC environments Strong expertise in Archer application configuration, including workflows, DDEs, questionnaires, calculated fields, record permissions, and data feeds Proven experience delivering Archer enhancements and implementations for large-scale Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs Experience working in Agile or hybrid SDLC environments, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams Ability to support testing,



defect resolution, deployments, and maintain comprehensive technical and configuration documentation Knowledge of Archer Evolv (SaaS), Archer administration, and Archer certification (Administrator or Implementation Specialist) is highly preferred EEOC Compliance:
