Key Responsibilities:



• Directly lead client coordinators and manage team performance • Oversee clinic scheduling and ensure smooth operations • Manage MVA and WSIB claims administration • Ensure timely submissions and follow up on outstanding claims • Document processes for scaling operations across clinics

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic administration • Proven ability to lead and develop teams • Robust organizational skills and attention to detail • Clear communicator, able to engage effectively • Familiarity with MVA/WSIB billing processes is beneficial
