Engage with clients and internal teams to provide superior service while leading the group towards operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and schedule daily activities of laboratory staff
• Report safety and project updates to management
• Coordinate resource allocation across multiple projects




• Author and approve technical documents and protocols
• Execute experiments under cGMP and GLP compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry with 5+ years of experience
• Experience with HPLC and similar testing instruments
• Strong analytical abilities and project coordination skills
• Excellent time management and detail orientation
• Exceptional communication with clients and management
