In this role, you will assist clients navigating WorkBC services, providing much-needed front-line assistance. You'll assess financial needs and eligibility, support online applications, and maintain accurate data records. Collaborating with diverse individuals, your skill set will help enhance their pathways to employment and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client eligibility assessments for services • Provide application support for WorkBC employment resources • Assist clients with financial assessments communicated clearly • Schedule appointments and maintain ICM records accurately • Track employment follow-up stats and support marketing
Requirements: • Grade 12 completion and related post-secondary education • Customer service background with complex client needs experience • Solid communication and assessment skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new tech • Sensitivity towards cultural diversity and lifestyle differences
