Become a Senior Peer Advisor with UASU InfoLink and make a difference in student experiences. This role requires solid customer service and organizational skills to assist the campus community.
As a Senior Peer Advisor, you'll provide essential support at various InfoLink locations throughout the University of Alberta. Engage with students via front-line service, manage inquiries effectively, and contribute to administrative duties. This position demands the ability to prioritize tasks and utilize a thorough understanding of campus resources to address student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver front-line customer service to the campus community
• Respond elegantly to inquiries via various communication methods
• Manage drop-in appointments and office mail




• Compile service stats and assist in reporting efforts
• Facilitate the sale of event tickets and merchandise
Requirements:
• Enrolled undergraduate at the University of Alberta
• Knowledge of academic services and procedures
• At least one academic year at U of A completed
• On-site work required, public engagement necessary
• Availability for shifts during operational hours
This position is crucial for providing quality service and aiding students in their university journey.
