As a Millwright Technician at Maple Leaf Foods, you will join a proactive Maintenance Team focused on maintaining equipment vital for product production. This role requires a Journeyman Ticket or Red Seal qualification, along with robust troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety. Your efforts will uphold our standards while fostering a collaborative work atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and service critical production systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support teamwork in a cross-functional setting
- Participate in night shift and weekend overtime as needed
Requirements:
- Journeyman or Red Seal certification essential
- Personal hand tools required for on-site tasks
- Experience in the food production sector beneficial
- Must be able to work overnight shifts
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment
