Mirion Technologies seeks a skilled Facilities Manager in Cambridge to oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance within a agile manufacturing environment. In this hands-on role, you will manage the total upkeep of the facility’s infrastructure, including a focus on preventive maintenance for critical industrial equipment. Working closely with Operations and Engineering teams, you will devise long-term plans that support business growth while maintaining a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
Your leadership will also extend to managing contractor relationships and maintenance budgets. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal safety and compliance for facility operations
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program
- Lead mechanical work for equipment repair and alignment
- Manage outside contractors for facility services

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years in facilities maintenance
- Certified Millwright with hands-on capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
