Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mixer Operator to join our manufacturing team in the food processing industry HOURS 3:30pm start time. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately mixing ingredients, operating packaging equipment, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your energetic approach will help maintain smooth production flow, support quality control, and uphold safety protocols. Responsibilities

- Operate mixing machinery and packaging equipment efficiently to meet production targets
- Measure and combine ingredients accurately using basic math skills to ensure product consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools in compliance with food safety standards
- Use forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies throughout the facility
- Monitor production processes closely, making adjustments as needed to uphold quality standards
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery for mechanical issues and report any malfunctions promptly




- Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination or product defects

Skills

- Knowledge of packaging processes within a food industry manufacturing setting
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently (certification preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes or batch sizes
- Experience in food processing or manufacturing environments is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow detailed instructions
