In this position, you’ll greet guests and manage their access to premium areas while supporting overall operations on event days. - Provide warm welcomes and check-in premium guests
- Oversee guest access and registration for events
- Assist with event operations and hospitality features
- Share insights on local attractions and amenities
- Handle guest issues with professionalism and care Requirements:
- Background in hospitality or guest services preferred
- First Aid/CPR and Smart Serve certifications required
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
