Working closely with product management and development teams, your goal is to ensure enhancements align with customer needs and business objectives. The position requires solid communication and project management skills to translate requirements into actionable tasks. Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the Accounting product backlog effectively
- Create and document clear requirements and user stories
- Lead Agile ceremonies for backlogs and sprint reviews
- Support QA teams in validating financial solutions
- Monitor and analyze product performance and feedback

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred
- 5+ years in a Product Owner role
- Experience with ERP and Accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
