In your position, you will enhance program management for Indigenous communities, focusing on growth and engagement.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will conduct needs assessments and develop strategies that drive community success. Your organizational skills will ensure seamless execution of national events and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement tailored community programs
- Evaluate and report on program activities
- Assess community needs and opportunities
- Partner with other organizations for effective resource use
- Plan and support youth-focused national events

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3 years of experience in program coordination
- Understanding of Indigenous socio-economic challenges
- Proficient in project management practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in diverse environments
