- Advise and support solicitors on mortgage documentation
- Verify conditions and documentation with accuracy
- Advance mortgage files and coordinate with accounting
- Manage and organize files for timely closings
- Adhere to AML policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or relevant experience
- Experience in Financial Services or Mortgage preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requests effectively
