Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will bring a broad range of carpentry expertise to various projects, from residential renovations to commercial build-outs. Your ability to adapt quickly, read blueprints accurately, and execute complex tasks with precision will be vital to delivering top-quality craftsmanship.

Duties

- Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Construct, install, repair, and restore structures using a variety of hand tools and power tools
- Perform concrete forming, masonry work, and rebar installation for foundational elements
- Install drywall, flooring, tiles, siding, roofing, and cabinetry with attention to detail and quality standards
- Handle plumbing and electrical tasks where required, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Apply construction painting techniques and caulking to finish surfaces professionally
- Assist with heavy lifting and assembly tasks on-site while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct site inspections for quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications
- Estimate materials needed for projects and assist in construction estimating processes
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues promptly and efficiently

Skills





- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
- Extensive experience with drywall installation, tile laying, flooring installation, and siding work
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques including concrete forming and rebar installation
- Skilled in woodworking, cabinetry installation, and general carpentry practices
- Competent with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and heavy equipment operation
- Familiarity with construction estimating software and project planning tools
- Ability to perform roofing repairs or installations confidently
- Experience in restoration projects involving drywall repair, painting, caulking, and general handyman tasks
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and electrical wiring basics for minor repairs or installations
- Capable of heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics and safety standards
- Excellent understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites including scaffolding, rebar safety, and hazardous materials management
