Located north of Fort McMurray, AB, this position is critical for project success. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will manage the operation of haul trucks, perform regular equipment checks, and maintain a secure work setting. Your insight at toolbox meetings will help improve procedures and safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate mining/off-highway haul trucks on site
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform pre-operational checks
• Follow instructions from Superintendents continuously




• Engage in toolbox discussions to drive safety improvements
• Notify supervisors of any maintenance or repair needs

Requirements:
• Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Class five driver’s license with a clean abstract required
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in mining or construction
• Proven experience driving a haul truck
• Mandatory CSTS and OSSA or BSO or CSO certifications
