This role is crucial within the YMCA Before & After School Program, where you will personally care for children, including assisting with hygiene and health needs. Your passion for engaging kids and ensuring safety will support their growth and development in fun and interactive ways.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure personal care and first aid for children
• Monitor and encourage children’s participation in activities
• Develop and implement engaging learning plans
• Build positive relationships with families and peers
• Adjust activities for all children's needs

Requirements:
• At least 18 years old
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Flexible availability Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week
• Commitment to nurturing childhood education
• Effective communication skills
