ITPS Canada seeks a Senior Flight Test Instructor in London, Ontario. This permanent position is focused on teaching flight test techniques and supervising aspiring pilots.

As an instructor at ITPS Canada, you will play a key role in managing flight programs and ensuring high standards for student performance. You'll be involved in briefing exercises, authorizing flights, and providing hands-on demonstrations to students. This role requires proactive support for students in their training journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee execution of flight test courses
• Authorize and manage flight exercises and safety assessments
• Provide frequent feedback and progress tracking for students
• Conduct debriefs and Sortie Report Assessments
• Address student concerns promptly with training staff

Requirements:
• Test pilot school graduation required
• 200 hours of test flying experience minimum
• Valid EASA or CPL/IR license preferred
• FTI or similar qualification beneficial
• Ability to travel up to 20%
