Order Management: Process customer orders accurately (phone, email, walk-in) using our ERP system, confirming product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Customer Support & Walk-In Counter Service: Greet clients at the front counter and answer inquiries regarding cabinet hardware (slides, hinges, handles), order statuses, and returns.

Finance & Admin Support: Assist with accounts receivable collection calls, maintain customer records, and handle clerical duties.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams-occasionally helping with order picking or restocking during busy periods to ensure accurate fulfillment.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service (retail, wholesale, or distribution).

Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.

Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated interest or experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling.

Technical & Basic Skills:



Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), comfortable with basic arithmetic (pricing, discounts), and quick to learn current ERP systems.

Personal Attributes: Outgoing, resilient, self-motivated, and eager to build long-term relationships.

Requirements: High school diploma/GED, valid Ontario driver's license, legal entitlement to work in Canada, and ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Prior experience in cabinet hardware, building materials, or industrial supply.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems or QuickBooks.
