BIC is seeking a seasoned legal executive to direct its enterprise legal services portfolio. As a key member of the legal leadership team, you will manage corporate law matters, compliance initiatives, and develop policy frameworks aligned with BIC's strategy. Your leadership will also extend to overseeing legal staffing and prioritizing operational objectives for legal services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct enterprise legal services in corporate and commercial law
• Supervise governance frameworks and compliance issue resolutions




• Develop and negotiate commercial agreements and risk management strategies
• Provide legal counsel on emerging legal issues and procurement
• Manage relationships with external legal advisors

Requirements:
• LL.B., J.D. or equivalent law degree
• Minimum 12 years of progressive legal experience
• Expertise in corporate governance and compliance
• Solid leadership skills and strategic insight
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
