As an independent contractor for CAR, a Spectrum Health Care Company, you will deliver ministry-funded occupational therapy services to adult clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide community-based therapy in clients’ homes and virtually
• Conduct assessments for home safety and mobility
• Create evidence-based intervention plans with clients




• Supervise occupational therapy assistants as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with standards
Requirements:
• Registration in positive standing with COTO
• Independent worker with community practice experience
• Solid communication and documentation skills
• Valid G or G2 driver’s license
• Proficiency in MS Office and clinical software
