- Directly lead client coordinators and manage team performance
- Oversee clinic scheduling and ensure smooth operations




- Manage MVA and WSIB claims administration
- Ensure timely submissions and follow up on outstanding claims
- Document processes for scaling operations across clinics

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic administration
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
