Fotis Physio & Wellness is a busy and expanding multidisciplinary clinic in South Barrie. Our cooperative team includes Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), and Acupuncturists. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to help our community restore health, mobility, and total wellness.We are looking to add a passionate Naturopathic Doctor to our clinic family to expand our holistic care options and manage a growing internal referral base.What We Provide:

- Full Administrative Support: Front-desk receptionists handle your scheduling, intake workflows, and patient check-ins using our Clinicmaster and Jane App software ecosystems.
- Billing Systems: Hassle-free point-of-sale processing and integrated direct insurance billing infrastructure.
- Cross-Referrals: A built-in stream of client referrals from our active rehab practitioners.
- Modern Facility: Fully equipped, clean, private treatment rooms with access to standard clinical supplies in a welcoming environment.
- Marketing & Outreach: Ongoing digital marketing,



local community outreach, and social media promotion to highlight your practice area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough initial consultations, diagnostic assessments, and comprehensive follow-ups.
- Develop customized, evidence-based naturopathic treatment plans (including clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, botanical medicine, and acupuncture if applicable).
- Document accurate, professional, and prompt patient charts using our clinical software.
- Collaborate actively with our physical rehab team to cross-refer and provide coordinated care for optimal patient outcomes.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active registration and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
- Insurance: Valid professional liability/malpractice insurance.
- Mindset: Patient-centred approach with a desire to thrive within a multidisciplinary team culture.
