Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on wind turbines and related equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to support reliable turbine performance Follow safety procedures, including LOTO, hazard assessments, and proper use of PPE Complete maintenance reports, service documentation, and work orders accurately Support 24/7 wind farm operations, including on-call, overtime, and rotating shift coverage Assist with equipment inspections, root cause analysis, and system upgrades Maintain tools, equipment, and required certifications Work closely with site teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations Collaborate with operational and back-office teams to maintain wind farm availability and service performance Requirements ~ High school diploma or equivalent combination of technical training, experience, and safety certifications ~ Wind, electrical, mechanical, or technical education/certification is an asset ~0 to 1 year of wind industry experience preferred ~ Experience using hand and power tools ~ Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including electrical and hydraulic schematics ~ Robust problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team ~ Comfortable working at heights over 300 feet (100 meters) and lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg) ~ Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and confined spaces ~ Ability to travel for training and support at other sites as needed ~ Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements ~ Ability to work in Canada without sponsorship and travel to the U.S.
