In this full-time position, you will work with clients to identify their barriers and strengths, assisting them in achieving housing stability.
Your responsibilities will include personalized case management and collaboration with community resources. The ideal candidate must possess robust skills in harm reduction and crisis management, alongside a deep understanding of housing systems. Support clients from intake to long-term living
- Two-year diploma in social sciences or equivalent
- Knowledge of Calgary's housing systems preferred
