: Reporting to the Health Services Manager, the Nursing Unit Coordinator (NUC) will be responsible for ensuring the day to day operations and the resident flow of the Long Term Care Facility, and for developing and fostering an “Eden” resident centered care environment. The incumbent will facilitate the encouragement of critical thinking skills of the nursing staff as they are fostered to work to their full scope of practice.

Experience
- Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience
- Experience in gerontology is an asset
- Experience in change management
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant long term care nursing experience
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Level C Certificate (CPR)
