About this job:
We are looking for a Senior/Lead Salesforce Specialist to join an international project for a large US-based customer in the manufacturing and building materials industry.
The project is delivered in an outstaff model, where our team works as an extension of the customer's internal Salesforce team. The environment is enterprise-scale, with a large number of users, complex business processes, and significant volumes of data.
The role requires a high level of ownership, direct communication with customer stakeholders, and the ability to independently drive Salesforce initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and support.

LATAM (full time)
How you'll make an impact:
Collaborate directly with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges;
Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions in an enterprise environment;
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions;
Support Salesforce platform configuration and ongoing improvements;
Work with Territory Management 2.0 and related business processes;
Configure and maintain role hierarchy, security settings, profiles, permission sets, and access management;
Participate in solution discussions and provide recommendations based on Salesforce best practices;
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to support platform adoption and process optimization;
Troubleshoot platform issues and help identify effective solutions;
Contribute to continuous improvement of the Salesforce environment and user experience.
What makes you a great fit:
Strong experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
5+ years of Salesforce experience in consulting, administration, business analysis, solution design, or related roles;
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration in enterprise environments;
Experience with Territory Management 2.0;
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, and sharing settings;
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and customer teams;
Ability to independently drive discussions, gather requirements, and propose solutions;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
Excellent communication skills and fluent English;
Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
You are a star if you have:
Experience with Salesforce development technologies such as Apex or Lightning Web Components;
Experience supporting Salesforce integrations;
Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments;
Previous experience in consulting or customer-facing roles.
