SKILLS REQUIRED:
7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, systems implementation, process improvement, or systems re-engineering within banking or financial services.
Understanding of Credit Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk reporting.
Experience with SQL and data analysis using platforms such as Hive, MS SQL Server, Teradata, HUE, or Dremio.
Strong experience in data sourcing, analysis, and data mapping.
Solid experience in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and UAT coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Access.




Experience with LEF risk shifting concepts involving CDS, SFTs, Derivatives, Guarantees, and LC Fronting.
Knowledge of Capital Markets and Retail financial instruments
Experience with Tableau and reporting/visualization tools.
Experience working with regulatory reporting and financial risk data.
