You will also manage budgets and training programs for technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment
• Perform troubleshooting and repair alongside the team
• Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
• Oversee facility systems including HVAC and plumbing
• Track maintenance performance metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or related journeyperson ticket preferred
• 5+ years in maintenance management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Familiarity with CMMS software
