Ensure efficient operations at Jones Healthcare Group as a Maintenance Millwright. This role leverages your technical expertise to uphold quality and safety on the production floor.

As a key member of our Maintenance and Facilities team, you will maintain and improve equipment and facilities supporting Packaging Services. You are responsible for responding to urgent maintenance issues, leading preventative maintenance programs, and enhancing productivity. Your contributions will ensure compliance with regulations while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively
• Provide hands-on support during equipment failures




• Execute corrective and predictive maintenance programs
• Maintain asset reliability and operational efficiency
• Document maintenance activities accurately

Requirements:
• Certified Industrial Millwright or advanced apprentice
• 5-10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of packaging equipment and PLCs
• Robust problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
