Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering teams on overhead transmission line projects
• Ensure compliance with NESC, IEEE, and utility standards




• Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions
• Develop technical training programs and identify team needs
• Support client engagement and proposal development

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in transmission line engineering
• Degree in Structural, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in industry-specific tools like AutoCAD
