Airswift is looking for a Lead Electrical Designer to work on an open-ended contract for a major multinational EPC. You will provide day-to-day leadership within a small team and ensure the quality and timely delivery of electrical designs. Work onsite in either Calgary or Vancouver, collaborating with other disciplines and adhering to codes and standards throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead preparation of electrical design packages across various project types • Oversee design accuracy and compliance with codes and standards • Coordinate daily activities for a small electrical design team • Guide multidiscipline collaboration and 3D model reviews • Mentor junior designers through coaching and support

Requirements: • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field • Extensive electrical design experience in industrial environments • Proven leadership of small design teams • Proficient in AutoCAD, SmartPlant, or similar tools • Robust knowledge of electrical systems and relevant codes
