In this role, you'll work as part of a committed care team, following the guidance of a Staff Nurse. Your responsibilities will focus on basic care procedures that promote resident dignity and well-being. Ideal candidates will bring experience and education in personal care.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist with personal care routines for residents • Utilize protected lifting techniques for transfers • Support residents during meals and snacks • Administer treatments under staff supervision • Escort residents to recreational and therapeutic activities

Requirements: • Preferred one year of experience in a related field • PCA/HCA Certification or equivalent • Must have current CLHA registration • Fluent in English, both written and spoken • Further education is an asset
