Your role You will become a reference for the quality of financial information and the improvement of accounting practices.
Specifically, you will be required to:
Supervise accounting activities and period ends
Ensure the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
Guide, mobilize, and advance team members
Strengthen internal controls and document financial processes




Lead the preparation of budgets and financial projections
Analyze results and provide useful information for decision-making
Coordinate external audits and tax files
Supervise cash management, cash flows, financing, and foreign exchange risk
Ensure compliance with sales taxes in the relevant territories
Oversee analyses related to investment projects
Contribute to automation, data centralization, and system evolution
Ensure follow-up on transfer pricing, grants, and certain corporate files
What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
CPA designation
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial control, auditing, or corporate accounting
Strong mastery of accounting standards, period ends, and consolidated financial statements
Experience in team management or development
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with an ERP
Ability to work in both French and English, orally and in writing
Mobilizing leadership, professional judgment, and ability to set priorities
Assets Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site company
Exposure to Canadian and American activities
Knowledge of a complex ERP
Strong interest in automation and artificial intelligence tools
